Playball for Kids Wednesdays @ 9, 10 & 11
with Coach Kelly
Coach Kelli is committed to educating the whole child through sport and movement.
What is PLAYBALL?
Playball is a sport and movement program which uses the medium of sports to improve gross motor development, increase concentration skills, build muscle tone, teach children to be competent in hand-eye/foot-eye coordination and improve balance; sports are also used to teach basic, yet essential life skills including persistence, responsibility, courage, cooperation and more.
The program is offered to children ages 2-5, once a week at Growing Days. Lessons are age-appropriate based on seven ball sports including basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey, tennis, volleyball and football. Coach Kelli uses a variety of equipment to ensure interest and excitement. Classes compromise of warm-ups, basic sport skills and creative games.
